Producers Seeking Talent

Sol works with SAG-AFTRA union and non-union productions. We use Breakdown Express, Cast It and Casting Networks to send electronic submissions and share links to our talent database.

Talent Seeking Representation

Sol is an exclusive agency in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and South Central regions representing talent across the board, in the states highlighted on the map below. Elsewhere, we represent select talent in New York, Los Angeles and international markets.

To be considered for representation:

  • Talent must be over 18 years old, have professional experience and training, and at least two industry references.

  • Talent must reside in the Southeastern United States and be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or possess an O-1 artist visa.

  • We do not do extra work, reality TV, conventions or pageants. Avoid scams and read this article from the FTC. Beginners should consider working on student films. These projects are often unpaid, but can help build your résumé and demo reel. Contact the film program departments at local colleges and universities for opportunities.

To apply for representation:

  • Send one email to info@soltalent.com with your name and “seeking representation” in the subject line. Include the link to your Actors Access profile. If your current demo reel is not on Actors Access, include a Vimeo link to your reel. Please do not email movie files. Attach two letters of recommendation that attest to your industry experience. Letters can be from producers, directors, casting offices or current Sol clients.

  • We review submissions monthly. If we need talent in your category, we will contact you. Make sure you include your phone number in your email. Please do not call if you are seeking representation, unless we contact you to schedule an interview.

  • We are a green office. Please do not send headshots or media in the mail. We do not accept unsolicited materials or scripts.
